# Custom Bot AI Store

## **Giới thiệu**

Với tính năng **Custom Bot trên AI Store**, End User có thể xây dựng ChatBot AI thông minh, tùy chỉnh theo nhu cầu riêng và kết nối với tài liệu nội bộ để tạo nên giải pháp chăm sóc khách hàng hoàn hảo. Tính năng này đặc biệt dành cho người dùng gói **STARTER và GROW.**

**Cách bắt đầu rất đơn giản:**

* Đăng nhập vào AI Store.
* Tại thanh menu bên trái, chọn **Tổng Quan** -> **Bot Của Bạn**.

## **Hướng dẫn sử dụng ChatBot AI**

1. Đăng nhập vào **AI Store**.
2. Tại thanh menu bên trái, chọn **Tổng Quan** -> **Bot Của Bạn**.
3. Lựa chọn mẫu ChatBot đã tạo và bắt đầu sử dụng.
